Cancelation

General rental conditions

Arrival and departure

Access to the rooms takes place between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. They must be vacated between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
(special case to be agreed with the owner). Any departure after 11 a.m. will result in the invoicing of an additional night at the current rate.

Occupation
Unless otherwise agreed with the owners, the total capacity is for a maximum of 9 people (+ 1 baby up to 2 years old) i.e. 1 family room for 4 people, 1 double room and 1 triple room.

Use of premises
Customers must ensure the peaceful character of the premises. It is forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation/rooms, ashtrays are available outside on the terrace.

Animals
- Our animal friends are welcome, a surplus of 5 euros for small dogs and 10 euros for larger ones.

- From September 1, 2023, the price is 12 euros for any animal regardless of size.

- Animals must be kept on a leash in the exterior and interior common areas of the Maison Volière,

- The reception of animals is not systematic, it is subject to prior acceptance by the Maison Volière. Dangerous or aggressive dogs are not allowed.

- In addition, animals are not allowed to remain alone and free in the room in the absence of their owners who must take them with them for all their outings.

- Animals must remain in the cars during breakfast time.

- The droppings are to be collected by the owner of the animal, locked up in waterproof bags and thrown into containers in town.

- Customers are required to use their own linen for their animals (sleeping, droppings, etc.).

- An indemnity of 30 euros will be collected if the room is abnormally dirty, damaged or if noise pollution is to be deplored.

- If the behavior of an animal turns out to be aggressive or contrary to the peace of the place, the Maison Volière can ask customers to leave their animal in the car and not bring it into the house. In such a case, there will be no reimbursement of the sums collected for the animal.

Safety instructions for the use of the swimming pool (available from July 15, 2019).
Tenants have free and unlimited access to the swimming pool. However, health and safety rules must be observed. When the pool is not in use, the door will be locked for your security. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Room security
Children are under the responsibility of their parents during the stay. They must be accompanied and supervised. The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.

Household linen
Bed linen and towels (1 towel per person) are provided. The beds are prepared on your arrival (each bed is equipped with a mattress protector to welcome you in optimal conditions).

Equipment
The occupants of the rooms have free and free access to the living room. They can relax by the stove. Free WIFI access.

Acceptance of payment for the reservation of the room(s) implies acceptance of these rules.
